Videoconferencing: CAPE's traditional expertise lies in an extensive knowledge of videoconferencing environments and their applications to teaching and learning. Original videoconference environments required special “ISDN” phone lines; special microphones, cameras and computers; and a custom-designed room. Newer options rely on your normal data/Internet network, your exisiting desktop computers, inexpensive microphones and cameras, and any room where you wish to hold the conference or class.
Professional Develolopment & Consulting: In addition to videoconferencing, CAPE offers a number of special services to its members. Some services CAPE can broker between member institutions.
